Mountain biking is our destination’s most popular recreation pastime, due to our massive and interconnected network of trails that accommodate beginner, intermediate and advanced riders. These trails run through some of the most pristine areas of our forest and would take days to fully explore. Some of the more popular trails include Big Laguna Lake, Los Gatos Ravine technical trail and Noble Canyon.
Mountain biking is truly the best way to immerse yourself in our Cleveland National Forest. We have a fleet of state of the art bikes that we rent out from our trailside location off Sunrise HWY S1. Our outfitting team is here to provide you with a proper fitting bike, safety gear, orientation, trail etiquette and help you plan your route. Our shop is located right across the street from Escondido Ravine Rd, which opens up to the Big Laguna Lake network.
Our outfitting team will assess your rider experience and help you plan a route accordingly. We have various beginner and intermediate trails, as well as technical mountain bike trails like Los Gatos Ravine. Noble Canyon is a black diamond trail with a 2,000 feet descent through the most beautiful regions of the Cleveland National Forest. Some of these trails are for advanced riders only and we don’t recommend you attempt them without consulting with our outfitters.
